Below you will find the shifts and times that we need help.  The more shifts that you work, the more perks you receive.  Not only do you have a great time helping out a great mission, you get to shop early!

Thursday, March 7th (Receiving the Consignors’ Items)

7:45 am-11:00 am

10:45 am-2:00 pm

1:45 pm-5:00 pm

4:45 pm-8:00 pm

Friday, March 8th (Preselling Items)

4:45 pm-8:15 pm

Saturday, March 9th (Selling Items)

7:45 am-11:45 am

11:30 am-3:30 pm

3:00 pm-7:00 pm (Breakdown Shift)

Buddy Pass Requirements

A buddy Pass is free entry into the Presale on March 8th  from 5:00 pm-8:00 pm. 

If any volunteer works for 2 (or more) shifts AND one of those shifts is the Breakdown shift, then they will qualify for a Buddy Pass.  The volunteer must work for 2 shifts (consigning doesn’t count towards this).  The Buddy Pass can be “given” to anyone that the volunteer choses.
